Non-uniform connections detected when running cmcheckconf

I get the following error when trying to cmcheckconf on a new 2-node cluster:

Error: Non-uniform connections detected, lumina lan0 10.1.5.67 successfully recieved from audi lan5 10.1.5.169 but audi lan5 10.1.5.169 did not receive from lumina lan0 10.1.5.67. This could be due to heavy network traffic, or heary load on lumina
Failed to evaluate network

Both systems are K-class, and both lans are 100full. Anyone have any ideas why this might be?

Hi !

Only one idea, check this LAN interfaces communitation with together. Use linkloop.

Re: Non-uniform connections detected when running cmcheckconf

Hi again !

thats found:

JAGad29969: ServiceGuard fails with non-uniform connections

What is the problem? If the cluster contains very fast machines, a large number of LAN interfaces and heavy network traffic, there is a small time window during which the cmquerycl, cmcheckconf, or cmapplyconf command might report non-uniform connections.

What is the workaround? Retry the command.

Re: Non-uniform connections detected when running cmcheckconf

Hello Sandor,

I checked into JAGad29969 - it was closed due to insufficient data - however, the case referred to in the JAG indicated that PHSS_21866 (11.00 MC/ServiceGuard & SG-OPS Edition A.11.09) and PHKL_22440 ( VM,async, hyperfabric, ttrace) resolved the problem.
