NTP : Stratum 1 server configuration

Hello everybody,

We are configuring a NTP network with 5 levels.
The stratum 2 contents 4 HP9000 WorkStations on which 400 clients will be synchonized.
The problem is on the stratum 1. We are looking for informations on sites on which there is hp9000 (10.20 or 11.0) synchronized on DCF77 or FRANCE INTER thru a radio receiver.

Take a look @ http://www.ativapro.com/timeservers.htm there are plenty of DCF77 servers but most seem to be running on Sun.
