Where can I download NTP ver4 for 11.11?

The 11.0 binary version will work.

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/ntp-4.1.0b/

or, if you are a bit more technically inclined, you can get the latest 4.2.0 from www.ntp.org but that is only available as source code but the build is straightforward.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Where can I get NTP 4.1.0b for Tru64?
