OBAM Internal Error
I am seeing the following error appear periodically. What can I check to identify the problem?
UNEXPECTED EXIT: process LANG=C LC_ALL=C /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p * *
** S* 20445 -s fs_sa_disk /usr/sam/lib//fs.ui exited with a non-zero exit * *

** S* OBAM INTERNAL ERROR: Cannot fork: Not enough space * *

It seems that there is lack of space. Check /tmp filesystem if you have one separate, /var/tmp , / filesystem for the space.
The program concerned is Filesystem User interface under SAM GUI. You need to have a sufficient space to store temporary files when you run any program like SAM GUI in this case.
Check the current patch level of SAM/OBAM patch on your system.

This error refers to lack of virtual memory (physical memory + swap).
# swapinfo -tam
When PCT USED on the last line (total) gets close to 100% you will see "cannot fork" message and processes will not be able to start.
