Obtaining media.

I'm trying to upgrade aCC but it seems from what i read that the downloadable version is not the full relese.

I need media for what is installed and what we are installing. I think this is covered in an OE agreement, but i need to know how to make the request... Also i think i will need my system serial number to do this, anyone know how to determin that?

- Currently installed:

B3913DB C.03.60 HP aC++ Compiler (S800)
PHSS_34411 1.0 HP aC++ Compiler (A.03.67)

- Upgrading to:

aCC- 3.55

OS: 11i

Re: Obtaining media.

You can start by contacting the contracts office at HP. Provide them with info (name, agreement ID, serial numbers, etc) and they will be able to look up the info as to what you had purchased for what system. They will have the serial numbers of the systems so you can do some correlation.

Re: Obtaining media.

If you have A.03.60 and patch for A.03.67, you are downgrading to go to A.03.55.

Are you sure you want to do that?

If you have a support contract or have a credit card, you can download the whole release. The former with the SUM program on ITRC and the latter you purchase on software.hp.com:

I doubt either of these two will provide obsolete A.03.55. The Response Center may be able to help?
