Urgent -- Connect direct Help!!!

Getting these errors. Client is trying to send files to me using connect direct and has been successfully for months. Today - these errors occur. A file physically gets created on my server but fails with the error below and there is no content in the file. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated

Re: Urgent -- Connect direct Help!!!

Assuming this client of yours being external to your company, hence to your network too, I would speak to the administrators of your company external firewalls to see what they changed. It looks like they might have plugged a hole which shouldn't have been, of course provided you did not make any changes to your system from the day it was working to the day it started failing.

hope this helps.
