OLT extent 0 has bad checksum

We have 2 node cluster there was somne issues on the UPS so they have disconnected all the cables from the servers and rebooted both the servers. But one PKG on one server did not come up...it has given the below erros in pkg.log file....can anyone help on this...and how to fix it...

The OLT is the Object Location Table in fileset1 of the VxFS header. There is a primary OLT and a copy of it. The OLT contains structural information about the filesystem that is used at mount time. If both copies are corrupt, your filesystem can probably not be repaired. You might want to try if a "fsck -F vxfs -o full /dev/vgora1/rlvol1" can possibly fix it. See the manual page fsck_vxfs. If it cannot be fixed by a full fsck, you need to newfs the filesystem and restore your backup.
In any case you should check the underlying hardware for problems.
