What i can tell you without reading the docs is that the release is out of support. Oracle won't help you with support calls if they follow their written policies.

If your application requires that version of Oracle its rough sledding ahead.

It can be done. We have a combination of 7.2.3 and 7.3.4 running on a 32-bit 11.00 machine. That allowed us to use the forms3 from 7.2.3 and the rest of the oracle biniaries from 7.3.4. We had to keep forms3 for one of our old applications which hasn't been re-written yet. And yes, it is un-supported!

We need forms3 too. And that is my problem. You can tellme, the way for the oracle 7.3.2 installations is the same that oracle 7.3.4 installation???

The way to mount the oracle 7.3.2 cd is the same that oracle 7.3.4??
