Oracle 8.1.7.4 & HPUX11iv2

Hi

Does anyone know whether version 8.1.7.4 of Oracle will run on 11iv2??

Well the servers are currently v1 and we are planning to reinstall them to v2 if 8174 will run on it.....

Thanks, As i said, Oracle 8.1.7.4 may run, but you can't get any support from Oracle.

hi Barbara,

did you think about upgrading your database? Should not be too difficult since you are already running 8.1.7.4.

above all, before you begin, i would suggest that you do all the required tests.
