Could you tell me how to find Oracle license details in HP-UX 11i

You cannot find Oracle license details on HP-UX.
What you need is to purchase sufficient Oracle licenses for you to be authorised to install and use the Oracle software on your servers.
What I understand is Oracle does an audit on particular periodic basis to check the total licensing used by the client - but not very much sure if this is the case only with large accounts or all size accounts/clients.

Oracle licenses is what you would have purchased and will have to check with your Contracts team or Licence management team (which ever team/people look after your licensing and contracts). Am not too sure if Oracle will help you on this or not - unless you have Oracle support.
Its not something what you will find in some file or configuration on your systems.
Yes - what you can find is what should be the Oracle licenses that you should ideally have for your installations - this will be based on which Oracle version installations you have and the configuration of the servers.
