Ordering HP-UX media??

The entire HP is a maze to me. I am glad that I was able to find this forum.

Can anyone please direct me to any link or phone # I can use to order a HP-UX media kit??

So far I have gotten three # (from HP) but still can't get to the right person.... Every time I tried they give me a new # to call....

The lady over there asked me the part # for HP-UX. Since I don't have it, she asked me for my workstation model #. She then said she couldn't pull up anything with "HP UNIX" in it and said she won't be able to help me out. Then I asked for her manager....who basically repeat the same question to me..... Then I start laughing....(way over point of frustration).

So far I have tried the following # without success:

I have seen some hpux media on www.ebay.com .Just do a search for hpux or hp-ux. I dont know the legal details as far as buying or selling hpux media on there. Maybe someone can tell us. But its there.

If you have not enabled SUM (software update manager) support on your system handle, you can call 1-800-386-1115 to order cd media. Just make sure to have your system handle on hand. You will have to have the proper licensing to obtain media of course. If you have further problems, you may wish to open a software support call and we'd be glad to help you out.
