ovspmd is not running

I use SUN Ultra 5 station
Solaris 5.6
OV NNM 6.1

I have the following message
# ovstatus -c
ovstatus: ovspmd is not running

Help me please.

Did you try ovstart?

Or first ovstop and the ovstart?
