PAM Error Message

Hi guys,

I got this error in my syslog file... Do somebody know what it is?? and how to eliminate it...

Aug 8 07:47:39 host rexecd[10089]: PAM Status - 9, PAM Error Message - Authentication failed
Aug 8 08:06:07 host rexecd[10449]: PAM Status - 9, PAM Error Message - Authentication failed
Aug 8 08:06:14 host rexecd[10451]: PAM Status - 9, PAM Error Message - Authentication failed
