pam ntlm usage restrict to some users

i have set up the cifs client software with pam_ntlm module to authenticate users with an NT password on the hpux system. now i want to restrict this feature only functionaly to some users. users like root, oracle and some application users shoud not use the NT authentification. who has a solutuin for this problem?
