PAN and NTLM authentication

Weve setup our systems to use the PAM_NTLM module to authenticate logons with the NT domain. This works fine untill the passwords expire.

My NT password expires when i logon to my NT PC so i change it. Then i logon to one of the UX boxes and there my password has also expired. It want to change the password again - and every other system i have also insists on changing my password.

What can i do to not have this happen? Switch off password expiry on the unix side ?
