ioscan is fine.
the RAM and CPUs exercised under STM(version A.59.00) seems to be fine too.
have you ever encountered this problem?
i've seen a similar thread on itrc but no network problem appears in my situation.

Re: panic: open error: RAM FS
ahsan: this is the thread i was talking about, my problem is not the network like this thread.
Torsten: the WINSTALL file is not buggy, because of two things:
1/
the WINSTALL file for 11.11 is the same for 11.00, i've not this error on 11.00.
/opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.00/WINSTALL is a symlink of /opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.11/WINSTALL.
2/
i can install 11.11 on another RP3440
i've seen that the following (error?) message appears when the panic and in the syslog.log file at boot:
$Revision: vmunix: vw: -proj selectors: CUPI80_BL2000_1108 -c 'Vw for CUPI80_BL2000_1108 build' -- cupi80_bl2000_1108 'CUPI80_BL2000_1108' Wed Nov 8 19:24:56 PST 2000 $
what does it mean?
seems not to be an ignite problem but hardware (because it works on another identic server).
but, what is this hardware problem?
i'm thinking for the RAM as written in the panic message (panic: open error: RAM FS) but STM found nothing.
what tool can i use for identify the defective(s) DIMM?
here is the output of cstm:

SolutionFirmware Version 44.20
but current version is
PDC 46.34, BMC 03.52 and iLO MP firmware E.03.32
How about the working system?
Many changes and fixes since this version.
I would update the firmware first.
