"Force Password change at next Login"
You can change to :
"No Restrictions (Normal Behavior)"
This can done as:
#sam
select Accounts for users and groups
select Users
select any particular user
select Actions TAB
select modify
select Modify Password Options
There u see "Password Options "
** Change it to as suggested above
