Patches fot A4929A and A4924A

Can anyone tell me what patches are needed for the A4929A and A4924A Gigabit Ethernet Drivers.

If you look in /opt/networkdocs (on an11i system) there are a bunch of documentation files related to gigabit ethernet card for PCI and HSC interface. The file "gigether_README" indicates what other files to read for additional info. They are :-
1) gigether_relno.pdf - Release notes
2) gigether_install.pdf - Install Guide
3) gigether_using.pdf - User Guide
I have not really read them yet but I'm sure the release notes should tell you what patches you need for those cards. In general you would need (dependin on what OS you're running) :-
- patches for the driver (gelan) for example PHNE_26369 11.11 IGELAN 1000Base-SX/T.
- patches for SAM and other tools (eg: lanadmin) so that they recognizes the cards.
- latest networking patches.
Also there might be firmware patches that you need (depending on what system you're installing them onto). It's quite difficult to give a complete list without checking the release notes doc and without knowing the OS and the model of the server.
