patches

Hi,

Just want to know if you(as in anyone) can ftp to us-support3.external.hp.com. I need it to download patches and i am having troubles ie.

#ftp us-support2.external.hp.com
Connected to us-support2.external.hp.com.

(waits for about a minute)

421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
ftp> ftp> Not connected.

I am assuming it is timing out.
Funny thing is that i can access the website.

oh and im using hpux 11.0

Any ideas?

Maria,

Why don't you download the patches using http.

Hi Thanks for your response,

ther reason is that it isn't a couple of patches it is a fair few of them.

Id rather get them bundled up.
