Performance monitoring

As a pert of the regular performance monitoring, I have done this time through HP's OVPM (HP's Open View Performance Manager) and I have couple of graphs for this with various variants in it.

I have attached a screen shot of one of the Test boxes.Can any Guru brief me on the readings and Interpretations plz.

Not sure what you need to know. The CPU and network are used periodically. CPU time is minor (25% peak), network simply indicates that data is being transferred. 1500 pkts/sec is busy but not saturated unless this is a 10 Mbit (archaic) card. It certainly is not a busy system. If you are curious about the repeating curves, you'll need to look at the program(s) that are running at that time.

I am worried about the Pink and Brown lines which are particularly High.

I also have one another box where the Mem. Page out Rate is very High.Does that mean anything.

I have a box with the following values :

CPU Utilization - 5%
Peak Disk Utilization - 5%
Swap Space Utilization - 1%
Run Queue Length - 2.00
Memory Page Out - 6.00
Network Input Packet Rate - 15.00
Network Output Packet Rate - 8.00
Active Processes - 14.00

Memory Utilization - 30%
User Memory Utilization - 23%
System & Cache Memory Utilization -10%
Cache Hit Percent - 100%
Swap Out Rate - 2.00
Page Out Rate - 6.00
Page Scan Rate - 2.3

What does that mean... what do I understand from those values ??
Why are some of them measured in Percentage and some in Decimal??

I will also like to open a new thread to understand the terminology.
