Perl Binaries for 10.20

If someone can remember back to HP-UX 10.20. I have what maybe a routine question. I Have downloaded the binaries for perl, downloaded from www.beepz.com. Tar file has been installed in /opt. After untarring file perl complains about /usr/lib/dld.sl "can't open shared library: /usr/lib/lipthread.sl" I have been unable to find any reference to this library for the 10.20 OS. I know once I get the corporation to move me to HP-UX 11 this will be a non issue, however if anyone has any insight as to this library issue, or where I can get a set of Perl binaries for 10.20 I would be very gratefull.
