PHKL_25468 error

Does anyone knows how to troubleshoot below error while swinstall the PHKL_25468?

* Installing fileset "PHKL_25468.C-INC,r=1.0" (1 of 63).
ERROR: Could not access remote file "/usr/include/devpoll.h" in
software item
"PHKL_25468.C-INC,r=1.0,a=HP-UX_B.11.11_32/64,v=HP,fr=1.0,fa=HP-UX_B.11.11_32/64:/"
due to an internal error on the remote system.

Check the said file. IF it exists, then check for permissions.

Else copy it from some other server.

Hi,

I think you are using swinstall remotely.
Please check the above path and it's permisson and ownership.
or try to install patch locally

Try doing a

#/usr/sbin/swagentd -r

Revert on results.If still the problem persist
How does your /etc/hosts look like.Please post it
