Hi,
I tried to install "subject" on HP-UX fst-back B.10.20 A 9000/777 2003160206 two-user license.
When I analyzed I got message I have old veriosn of STM.
---------------------
ERROR: The patch PHSS_23064 is trying to update a system xx
x x which contains an incorrect Support Tools Manager (STM) xx
x x version. This patch can only update STM A.24.00. xx
x x Do not override this install, doing so may cause xx
x x STM diagnotics to operate improperly.
----------------------------
I assume I have to update STM tools to new version but I don't know exactly how to do it ?
Could anyone help me with it ?
Thanks
Radim

Re: PHSS_23064
Hi,
Simply start 'stm' and it will show you the version on the second line (before hitting OK)

Dan
