planned or unplanned reboot
A server is rebooted and came up, but you dont know if its planned or unplanned , how to check about it

Take a look at /etc/shutdownlog.

Hi Viney,
If there is no entry in /etc/shutdownlog, then it should be unplanned reboot due to some hardware or software issues. You should look into the following.
#/var/adm/crash/ ->Look any crash dir
#/var/tombstones/ts99
#/var/adm/syslog/OLDsyslog.log
