Re: Please Report Forums Issues - January 2002!
I would like to give you and the ITRC and Forums development teams my compliments. My response here is the 50th of your January thread, and I think it is one of the shortest recently, and prior to Woodisch's response, there hadn't been any activity on this thread for about 10 days.
I do believe that all of y'all are making some very good progress on the Forums. I know we may bitch and moan about them, but as said before, if they weren't good, we wouldn't keep coming back.
Keep up the good work and let us hope for a February thread with fewer responses than this one.
Patrick
P.S. Woodisch has some good suggestions. I hope you and the teams will look into them.

Re: Please Report Forums Issues - January 2002!
Ive had some difficulties last week on getting connected (I now have been greeted by "willkommen Victor...") but January was quite a good month if I look at issues such as performance and connection
Keep the good work going
All the best
Victor

Thanks for the feedback. This is good news that you are having a better experience. Our developer and support teams have been working very diligently to make this site the best, and I know their efforts are paying off.
Thanks for your continued participation.

Re: Please Report Forums Issues - January 2002!
The site has been working really well for me the past few days! I've had no particular speed issues. I do agree with the postings about printing. I have a bit of a "forum manual" myself, (I'm glad I'm not the only one doing it.) and a printer frienly version would be nice w/o have to scroll and selectively print.
This might be due to my newbieness, but it would also be nice to see a link to my forum name on the opening page so I can access my posts, also, It would be nice to see recent questions on that page so I do not have to search through the forum if I need to be away from an unresolved issue for a few days. (If there is a better way, that I am not currently using, I would love to know it. I have only been actively using the forum since December 01 and am probably still wet behind the ears.)
In closing:
Thanks so much for this forum. I do feel it is about the best(hands down)forums on the web today. I'm truely happy to have found it! Keep up all the great work!
Kel
