Re: Please Report Forums Issues - July 2003

The search facility doesn't appear to be working. When I search for something on the forums it returns no results for every single search, even when I know the topic is definitely there.

This is an HP-UX case. Sysadmin in my opinion.

Re: Please Report Forums Issues - July 2003

Not sure if anyone has reported before this and I haven't had time to read through the whole posting, but the "? 1994-2003 Hewlett-Packard Company" message appearing at the bottom of screens (don't know if it all of them) looks a little askew ... Does this mean we're not sure ... ;^)

Hi Michael,

with M$ Internet Explorer 5 it looks like the 'Copyright' sign, with Netscape 4.73 it's only a rectangle.

Have a nice day/night

I get ? instead of copyright symbol on IE 5.0
Is it askew only because of screen curvature parallex?

Re: Please Report Forums Issues - July 2003

Dan,

I hate to say this, but it looks like the infamous "time sync" issue may have reared it's ugly head again. In this thread:
http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/1,,0x0a3d191aa579fa43ab710d5d21ed05da,00.html
SEP's second response immediately followed mine at one point, but now Stefan's response appears between the two.

And it is time for August threads!

Re: Please Report Forums Issues - July 2003

Dan, can you have someone at HP read this thread with regards to JRF's question and get back to me.

I've awarded points and the thread should be left alone, but before I waste any more money on domain names I want to know if HP is going to be irritated by this project.

I really was only trying to help, provide a nice place to store some Merijn utilities and step by step solutions and maybe help some people pick up some extra work.

The web sites will go if HP wants them to.
