Hi Dan,

I had an issue this afternoon that I haven't had in a while.

I had an SSI error " Error processing SSI file '/cm/QuestionAnswerContent/1,11870,LoggedIn!0xd013543254bfd611abdb0090277a778c!0!1!0!0!0,00.html'"
, then when I hit reload a "404 page not found" error when attempting to load this thread:

On a retry, the page was displayed correctly.


I???ve had several simlar errors trying to post this reply, including

Multiple post problems this morning. Also speed far below avarage. Seems to be OK now. A few 404's and one endless cycle on the SUM. Going in over https instead of http solved it. HTH.

If I reply to *this* thread, all goes well. If I try to reply to http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/PostAnswer/1,,0x9dfb227a4bc6d611abdb0090277a778c,00.html I get an alternating sequence of "Request queued for sending to itrc.hp.com" and "Request queued for sending to support.itrc.hp.com", and no "reply to" page :(

Same for some other messages. Same as Friday :(

Several (realy lots of) 404's (also while trying to post this one), and this one:

Still: some message can be answered, some can't. (I notice that I can answer to threads where no points have been asigned at all, wheather I cannot answer threads that already have bunnies, but then again, that might just be a coincidence

Getting 404 object not found error messages, but then a reload works. This is the first time this has happened to me in at least 8 months or more!

Hi Dan:

A very unpleasant deja vu this morning.

I'm seeing a high proportion of 404-erors when clicking on posts to read. They all have been resolved by a simple refresh.

When I opened this thread to post the above, I received the infamous SSI error:

Error processing SSI file '/cm/QuestionAnswerContent/1,11870,LoggedIn!0x4d03543254bfd611abdb0090277a778c!0!1!0!0!0,00.html'

I presume that the folks proceeded with this weekend's maintenance as announced last week. If so, it seems they have a place to look...

Many pages get loaded after refresh only.

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback. I'm looking into this issue now and hope to have a resolution today. In the meantime, if you encounter a 404 or SSI error, please refresh the page you are trying to access. It should reappear, as the errors are intermittent. Apologize for the current availability.

just a "me-too" from me, too ;-)
404, SSI, time-out and such, BUT this very page opened without reload! All the other opened after one or multiple reloads...

Maybe some kind of caching problem on your web-server?
