PFS uses nfs,mountd,nlockmgr,llockmgr and portmapper.
# rpcinfo -p
should show you which ports those are on.

PFS is generally just used to work with CDs that can't be mounted correctly with the generic mount command.

From the PFS man page (man pfs):

The Portable File System, or PFS, allows access to a variety of CD-ROM file systems. Currently supported file systems include: iso9660, high
sierra, RockRidge Interchange.


With the pfs_mount command you can mount a pfs_mount'ed CD from another system. That is about the extent of network filesystem sharing for HP's PFS, at least as far as I know.
