print_manifest missing storage devices

print_manifest missing storage devices

On some servers print_manifest returns a section titled "Storage devices" but on other servers this section is empty. An example with empty output is an RX2600 running 11.31 with Ignite C.7.8.201 it has both direct attached and SAN disks.
