Printing on HPUX 10.X

I am having the unluckiest time this and last week. Attached is the error that i get when i try to intall a remote printer on the local machine through the SAM interface. it works no problem on the 11.X workstations but having problems on the 10.X workstation. Please see attached file. help.
No matter how much you kow today you'll have to know more tomorrow.

From TKB document A4011118:

This is a common problem after an upgrade from HP-UX 9.x to 10.x. The error
does not surface until the first printer is added after the upgrade.

To fix your problem, do the following:

1) change the ownership of /etc/lp from bin to lp

2) change the permissions of /etc/lp from 555 to 755
