Problem installing DMI B.11.00.39 on hpux 11.0

While attempting to install DMI B.11.00.39, in support of SIM 1.5, on a machine running hpux 11.0, I am stopped by the following error:

ERROR: The required HP DCE runtime libraries are not installed.
DMI requires HP DCE runtime libraries rev. 1.7.1 with
the correct patches installed (PHSS_17810 and PHSS_17812)
or a later revision.


In fact, I have "a later revision" installed (PHSS_27962 & PHSS_27964).

PHSS_27962 1.0 HP DCE/9000 1.7 Runtime cumulative patch
PHSS_27964 1.0 HP DCE/9000 1.7 Server/DevTools cum. patch

Obviously, I don't want to back off the more recent patches in order to install this software.

How should I proceed?
