problem with SAN tape devices on unix system

Dataprotector 5.5 repports:

[138:700] Error on device "SAN_CL_EXPPRD_01" occurred.

Description:
Data Protector has detected a device error.

This problem ocurs only on 1 unix system
This unix system (un0007) is a part of a cluster with un0008
unix system un0008 did not have a problem and devbra -dev give:
