Can you post it please?
Did you execute newaliases prior to starting sendmail?

There are inconsistencies in your mail databases:
/etc/mail/virtusertable
/etc/mail/genericstable
/etc/mail/aliases
There may be just a permissions problem or there may be users created in virtusertable athat are not in genericstable.
There could also be domain names in those tables that are not supported by entries in the .mc macro file.
It could be an error in the script you are using to build your sendmail databases.
Lots of stuff to look for here, but start with the error message and work forward.
I understand if you are reluctant to post all those configuration files up here. Just in case its a bad script, here is a link to a good macro database build script.
