Problems with Diagnostic tools and RAID

Hi,

I've hooked up two SC10's to my L2000 using a 4port RAID controller. I have configured two raid5 drives and one raid 0. The HP Diagnostics keeps comming up with the following errors several times a day, but the drives are fine.

Has anyone else had issues with RAID and the Diagnostic tools?

Thanks

Andrew

Re: Problems with Diagnostic tools and RAID

Patch your STM subsystem, or update your version of STM (diagnostics) to the newest version which is A.25.00 I believe.
You are currently running:
STM Version.....................: A.24.00

Re: Problems with Diagnostic tools and RAID

Thanks Melvyn,

I installed patches PHSS_23447 and PHCO_23149 an the errors stopped occurring. My xstm& still comes up as version A.24.00.

I'll hunt up a new one.

I really appreciate the assistance.
