problems with telnet after an installation of QPK

hello everyone ¡¡¡
I had a problem with my K370 11.0 after installed a QPK, the error that show in console is :
nktl_daemon: Unable to open netdiag1 driver device f

insf -e

do that as root,

try again.

check kernel parameters

nstrtel

and

nstrpty

the value of two parameters is 60, and the insf -e dont resolves the problem....i am loss
