Sockets file under /var/spool/sockets/ICE

Hi,
Each time a user open an Exceed connection on a HP-UX 11i server, a socket file is created under /var/spool/sockets/ICE directory and this file is never removed.
From time to time, connections on this server fail and I wonder if the fact that sockets files are not removed could be the cause of this problem.
