production backup issue

ONe of my backup is failing with the error
"Error getting lvlnboot information"

When checked the lvlnboot -v command I get the below output


[SU] # lvlnboot -v

Kindly provide your inputs. I have a production issue on hand.

that physical voulme is not accessable, it is in offline or it's having some h/w issue.

please check this Physical voulme is in lvmtab file, whether it's detecting or not.
use the below command to check any disk issues in that server.

/sbin/ioscan -kfnC disk | grep -i no_hw

strings /etc/lvmtab

ioscan -kfnCdisk
