psmctd core dump
Whenever one of my systems reboots, I find the /core file of
psmctd.
How do I fix that?

You might try the current OnlineDiag/Support Tool patches:
10.2 => (PHSS_23654)

psmctd- Peripheral Status Client/Target daemon
It is loaded by online diagnostic tools.
There may be a patch available to prvent this core dump.
