PV Status unavailable
i have a problem. i have got a HP-UX with volume group and its disk are unavailable but its volumens are available/sync

Probably one of two things:
1) /etc/lvmtab is corrupt & a rm of it followed by a vgscan will cure it.
2) The lvmtab doesn't agree with the kernel.
In that case you may need to preceed the above with a vgreduce -f /dev/vg_name to get things back in sync.

# ioscan -fnC disk
# diskinfo
# pvdisplay -v pv_name
# vgdisplay -v vg_name
Is that a problem with a single disk? How many disks are there in the VG?

When you say it is unavailable, what message are you seeing from the system that tells you that it is unavailable ?
