"basicdsd" Process using high CPU

I am running a HP-UX machine but have notice a basicdsd process which is running at 80-90% of my CPU.

Does anyone know is this normal or is there a system capacity issue? What is this process anyway?

The user in the link attached has the same problem. I have disable these services as this is not requried.
