"ftp over ssl" in 11i version 1

Howdy,
simple question: " Has the 11i version 1 ftp-client ( ftp ) or ftp-server ( ftpd ) support for the "ftp over ssl" ?!

PS: I cant use scp because the "other end" cant use it ... In the past I heard that c-kermit has the support for the "ftp over ssl" put I have not used it ....

No, use sftp instead.
