Ram Disc

We would like to add a 1GB Ram disc to our system (hpux 11.0 running on an L-2000). We currently have 6GB of ram - so we shouldn't nitice the 1gb used for the ram disc. HP does have a ram disc driver (ram_disc.o); however, doesn't have good documentation on configuration. If someone could provide me with steps to do this I'd appreciate it.
