Solution
Is this a remote printer as in its connected to another machine or is it a network printer?
If its a remote printer with the queue on another machine I'd try printing a couple of copies of something on that machine. If it doesn't work on the server its connected to its there that you need to troubleshoot, or maybe the printer just doesn't do multiple copies?
If it does work ok on the local machine though its something to do with the remote setup, what that could be I'm not sure though.
hope that helps,
Kevin.

Re: remote printer with number of copies
Hello Ela,
I am also facing same problem for the remote printers. For the Network printers its printing multiple copies. But for remote printers its not accepting multiple copies
Did you find any solution?
Thanks
Bonny
