restrict ftp to put only?

Can I restrict ftp so a user can only put files once connected?

Man ftpaccess. It will guide you through the setup.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Yes, you can. Washington University as well as the man pages for ftpaccess will give you this information.

Many people have no idea how tightly you can really control FTP.

If you dont like wu_ftpd, then proftpd is another very strong (even stronger) alternative.

I have migrated all my Solaris sites to ProFTP.

I had alot of trouble compiling for HP-UX though ;(
