Root password error when adding client for recovery (Ignite-UX)

When I try to Add New Client for Recovery from the Ignite-UX server, I am prompted to enter the root password for the client host.

Once I enter the password, a window in the Ignite interface displays the error:
xx Error xx
x Missing ]. x
x [[OK]] x
What does this mean?
I am sure I type the password correctly because Ignite-UX gives specific error messages when the password is typed incorrecly.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Diaz

Check whether ur able to rlogin to the client system with prompting for the password.

If ur Ignite Server and Clients r in the same domain, try to add the clients with there host names

ll /var/opt/ignite/clients/ to find out what systems are configured as client systems on the server.. or cat /etc/exports

Post UR error if u find any further problem
