I began to receiver the "Event Monitoring Service Event Notification" alert mail EVERYDAY this week. (everyday at 16:49, just like an alarm clock....)
It is a "AC power not present on line 3 in compute cabinet 0" error. But the "Attention" light is off, no chassis error log, and the server works well.
I have no idea whether there is something wrong on AC power (as the alert mail says) or there is something wrong on the dm_core_hw monitor.
The mail content shows below:

/system/events/core_hw/core_hw is >= 3.
Its current value is SERIOUS(4).

Re: RP7410 strange Event Monitoring Service Event Notification
Maybe you have got STM/EMS bug, why don't you upgrade the latest version from following url

SolutionLine cord 3 is not seated well in the cabinet or there is a problem in the power distribution unit (PDU). The 7410 can run on just 2 out of the 4 power cables, and momentarily on just one cable unless the server is fully loaded with RAM, CPU's and I/O cards. To see the server's view of power, go to the MP port from the console or MP LAN connection. Login to the MP port and type CM and then PS. Then select the cabinet with T and press Enter a couple of times to get the complete picture. You will see the 4 power cords listed as well as very useful information about all the power supplies and redundancy.
The large power cords are particularly vulnerable at the back of the system if they are not tie-wrapped. Use the PS command to see the electrical state of the cords.

Re: RP7410 strange Event Monitoring Service Event Notification
But your STM version is september 2003 (!!), upgrade and check and observe again:

Hope this helps!

Re: RP7410 strange Event Monitoring Service Event Notification
I've tried upgrading STM/EMS and entered console mode to see CM->PS.
It shows "AC Line A0 NOT PRESENT".
I tried to change the AC power cord but A0 still NOT PRESENT.
Maybe it's because power A0 fails? (but the alert light on server is still OFF....)

Sounds like it is time to use a voltmeter. Make sure that if your rp7400 uses a PDU (power distribution unit) that all the breakers are on. If true, verify that voltage is present where you plug in the power cord. 3 out of 4 cords is enough capacity for high availability (the PS command will show available versus required). Your electrician can verify power from the wall to the end of the power cord.
If the cord is indeed powered, then you'll need to schedule a service call with HP to fix the internal wiring.
