RPCBIND Errors when rebooting

Hi All,

I have a D380 server in house running HP-UX 11.11 with sept 2003 patches installed. It has been rebooting fine but after a power cut on Friday it now wont start. I am getting RPCBIND: check_netconfig no CLTS loopback transport found
RPCBIND: check_netconfig no COTS loopback transport found
RPCBIND: check_netconfig no COTS ORD etc etc

I have managed to get the login propmt up and checked /etc/netconfig it looks ok for an 11.11 system.

I cant get any sort of networking to enable so all work is being carried out on the console.

Nothing new has been added to the server in the way of software or patches.

Any ideas whats up? If not I'll re-install HP-UX 11.11 and start again.

TIA,

Scott.

Re: RPCBIND Errors when rebooting

thanks for looking but I have found the problem. /tmp was full and cuasing some sort of boot error, cleared down /tmp and it booted fine.
