Hi All,

I have a small query. We have a multi platform development enviroment with solaris, aix and HPUX. Using a EMC Celerra fileserver with quotas. If I run the rquotad daemon on solaris and then run quota -v >>username<< it reports the quotas associated with >>username<<. But this doesn't work on HPUX11.0 or 11.i. Is this a special feature of solaris or have i missed something on hp?

Hi,
rquotad will not work in HPUX 11.0 or 11.i for NFS if the filesystem is Vxfs.

Solaris is patched for this.
