Re: rx 7640 server is not booting
Have a last try with :
ISL> hpux -lm
and then recreate your boot information using lvlnboot -b, -r, ...
Regards,
Johnson.

Re: rx 7640 server is not booting
if you want to boot to mirror disk
if you already set the alternate disk, you can run this command
Main menu> bo alt
if not you must search the mirror disk with
Main menu> sea
Main Menu> bo
PX is number when you see at outpunt from sea command
interact with IPL y
IPL > hpux -lq /stand/vmunix
Thanks,
Johnson

Re: rx 7640 server is not booting
Did it boot before?, is it a new install(ignite clone)? , what changes did you make in the last days ?
It can't mount the the root/boot/swap FS, so it crashes.
it's an itanium server, so you can try stoping the server on boot after you choose your boot disk. Then use >boot vmunix -lm
