rx7640 unable to install OS
i mistakenly deleted my /dev file and i try doing a new instalation but when the hp-ux cd is booting,it get to a stage and stops after some hrs, it gives an error....logs are bellow.. can someone please help me ?

Looks like your drive controller has a weak battery.
HP Smart Array 6400-128 Controller (version 2.84) 1 Logical Drive
1794-Drive Array - Array Accelerator Battery Charge Low
Get that resolved and the OS install will probably go better.

i changed the cache battery it was giving the same error, i also changed the whole controller including the battery and it was giving the same error so what do u think will be the course ????

it is not able to read the dvd beyond that point.
change the dvd.

Good day to you !
To isolated the issue comes from your DVD or from the peripheral that attached to your system, please try to set your system to minimum requirement by disconnected all peripheral first (eg. external disk, FC connection).
Once the OS installed to your system, you can connect those peripheral that has been disconnected back to your system.
This method also will speed up the installation process, since the system didn't have to scan all the connected devices.
